Can I fit my Firetrace myself?

Standard direct systems are quite simple to install but indirect and high pressure systems require some basic training which could be by telephone from our technical staff on 01473 744090 or you are welcome to attend one of our free one day training courses held at our Ipswich premises

Do I need an electrical supply for Firetrace to operate?

No. Firetrace is a standalone system pneumatically operated from it’s own reservoir, although it can be interfaced with alarm and plant shutdown via a pressure switch that is removable under pressure for test purposes

Can I isolate the electrical supply in the event of a fire?

Yes. Alarm initiation and plant shutdown can be achieved via a pressure switch that is removable under pressure for test purposes

Does Firetrace have any limitations?

Very few, apart from your imagination, but design limitation can be found here.

How long does my order take to process?

Standard systems are available ex stock and most special systems can be dispatched within seven days

If necessary we will be pleased to call on you, although many basic systems can be quoted from information received by telephone or from digital photographs sent via email
